Past – Dog Lover’s Day 2011

Adventure Landing invited us to participate in Dog Lover’s Day, March 12, 2011.  This day was geared to families with may actives such as a Bounce House provided for the children.  They had several performances at various times during the day by K-9′s in Flight, a team of dogs who provide an aerial Frisbee show.  Amazingly all the dogs used are rescued or adopted which is why their motto is “Homeless to High Flying”.

Most impressive was the quality of questions asked by some of the young people.  It demonstrated how seriously they take the responsibility of dog ownership.  It was very refreshing to see a new generation of dog owners who are looking to be responsible caregivers and companions.
